Mouse Morris is hoping for the best when Rule The World tackles hot opposition in the Grade One Navan Novice Hurdle.
Impressive at this venue last weekend, the five-year-old faces a stern examination against fellow Gigginstown House Stud-owned runner Don Cossack.
Morris said: "He's come out of his last race well so I thought I'd let him take his chance to give him a bit more experience. It's a good race, but he won't win it staying at home, so we'll give it a go."
The trainer went on: "We're running him to give him experience more than anything and I don't want him to have too hard a race.
"We're back to the same old story of lack of opportunities for these horses. There aren't many winners' races to run him in, so we have to go for races like this."
Seefood bids to resume winning ways for Dessie Hughes after finding only the reopposing Busty Brown from the Noel Meade yard too good here last time out.
Hughes said: "We'll see what happens. We'll have a better idea of where we're going after Sunday. The ground won't be ideal for him as he does like it a bit better and we've had a fair bit of rain.
"There aren't many opportunities for him coming up so we'll let him take his chance. He's in good order and I'm sure he'll give a good account of himself."
