Henderson duo in Tolworth fieldHeadlines
Golden Hoof

Nicky Henderson could saddle Golden Hoof and Royal Boy as he chases a hat-trick in the 32Red Hurdle at Sandown on Saturday.

The master of Seven Barrows has saddled Minella Class and Captain Conan to win the last two renewals of the Grade One contest, better known as the Tolworth Hurdle.

Golden Hoof has won at Kempton and over this weekend's course and distance this season, carrying the colours of golfer Lee Westwood and his agent Andrew Chandler. Royal Boy was a good second to Melodic Rendezvous on his hurdling debut at Cheltenham last time and the pair could lock horns again on Saturday.

Paul Nicholls has trained four winners of the Tolworth since 2003 and this year has Caid Du Berlais and For Two in the mix.

Clive Cox's high-class Flat performer Poet could aim to build on the promise of his winning debut over hurdles, while Charlie Longsdon has Pendra and Spirit Of Shankly engaged.

Buthelezi, Court Minstrel, Duke Of Navan, God's Own and Le Reve completed the 13 confirmations.
