Sandown's all-chase card is going ahead following an inspection of the Esher venue on Friday afternoon.
Officials had their fears allayed about a couple of wet areas of the track that were giving some concern.
"We're OK. It was just an opportunity to get some second opinions on the ground. It's testing ground, but provided the weather does what we think, we'll be on. There's only the risk of an odd shower," said clerk of the course Andrew Cooper.
"At this stage I'm not going to call an inspection in the morning because we have satisfied ourselves that the wet areas are acceptable. We're on."
A Friday morning inspection resulted in the abandonment of the scheduled hurdle races on the programme due to waterlogging after eight millimetres of rain fell.
They were replaced by three extra chase races that had been arranged as a contingency plan.
Saturday's meeting at Fairyhouse was cancelled after further overnight rain at the track.
Officials abandoned their scheduled chases on Thursday but had hoped to run an all-hurdle card. However, they had to call off the entire fixture.
An all-hurdle and bumper card has been programmed for the meeting at Taunton on Thursday after the abandonment of the two scheduled chases, with the chase track having standing water and further rain forecast.
