Irish recruits Free World and Donnas Palm have bolstered the possible Cheltenham Festival squad of Tim Vaughan.
The former was the only horse to have run in the colours of Kauto Star's owner Clive Smith this season, having been switched from Paul Nicholls to Arthur Moore in 2011.
He has only scored once for Moore, while Donnas Palm was a smart hurdler with Noel Meade and won a Grade Two novice chase at Navan last term. However, he has shown little in three starts during this campaign.
"Donnas Palm and Free World have both lost their way and need to show some improvement, but were good horses on their day," said Vaughan.
"I'd say they would both be possibilities for the Grand Annual."
Vaughan expects to have a few runners in the handicaps and the Welshman has not given up on Swnymor, an entry for the William Hill Supreme and JCB Triumph Hurdles.
Acquired from William Haggas, the youngster made an instant impression at Newbury but crashed out when right in contention for the Grade One Finale Hurdle at Chepstow.
"Swnymor's our main hope really," he said. "It was so frustrating at Chepstow but hopefully we can get him back on track."
