Cross on course for BartlettHeadlines
At Fishers Cross

At Fishers Cross is delighting trainer Rebecca Curtis ahead of next month's Cheltenham Festival.

The six-year-old, owned by JP McManus, took his unbeaten record over jumps to four this season with a hard-fought success over The New One at Prestbury Park last month.

He is prominent in the ante-post betting for both the Neptune Investment Management and Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdles, but is more likely to go for the latter event.

"He's perfect. He came out of that race really good at Cheltenham," said Curtis.

"We've just freshened him up and we're on track for Cheltenham, hopefully.

"He'll go for the Albert Bartlett, I'd have thought."
